Temperature Control

Scraping and Peeling Techniques
Proper scraping and peeling techniques are essential in commercial window tinting to ensure a flawless finish. These techniques require precision, experience, and a deep understanding of the materials and techniques involved.
Prepping the Glass
Clean the window surface thoroughly with a glass cleaner, removing all dirt, dust, and debris.
Use fine-grit sandpaper to lightly sand the glass surface, creating a slight texture for better adhesion.
Applying the Tint
Cut the tint film to the exact size of the window, leaving a thin edge around the perimeters.
Mist a solution of water and dish soap onto the glass surface.
Peel away the backing from the tint film and carefully apply it to the wet glass surface, smoothing out any wrinkles.
Scraping and Squeegeeing
